Matt / Co-Founder & Managing Director

Matt’s a digital/commerce veteran having spent the vast majority of his career in senior sales roles across both product and service organisations from start-ups to large enterprises.

Matt was a pivotal founding member of hybris in the UK, which saw them grow from 100 to 800 people in 3 years, through to a successful acquisition by SAP. Matt has held IC roles at Demandware (Salesforce) and Acquia before moving into sales leadership roles at Tacit Knowledge (Grid Dynamics) and E2X (Apply Digital), where he was responsible for sales, marketing and partnerships.

Outside of work, Matt is a proud husband and father to 2 girls and his beloved labrador. When he finds some free time you’ll often find him on a pair of skis, following his love of classic cars or raising money for charity, this years highlight completing the London marathon for the 2nd time!

Josh / Co-Founder & Operations Director

Josh began his career as the founding SDR at Spryker, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s US expansion. His creative approach and industry insight led to early engagements with several S&P 500 firms, laying a strong foundation for sustained growth in a critical market.

Following his success at Spryker, Josh joined commercetools and went on to advise a range of emerging tech companies, helping shape and execute their go-to-market strategies. His blend of entrepreneurial drive and demand-gen expertise positions him as a forward-thinking leader in the B2B growth space.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys exploring the scenic regions of Bavaria and Europe with his partner, often splitting his time between the UK and Germany. He’s passionate about cars, fine dining, and making the most of life with plenty of laughter.

Jay O'Neill / Head of Product Discovery @ Next

Jay is a retail/digital/commerce veteran who has honed his craft at major retailers such as Soak.com, Holland & Barrett, Bathroom Mountain, and Next.

Jay sits on our advisory board and is the voice of the customer with whom our campaigns aim to ignite conversations. Jay brings vast experience and insights to our board to ensure we’re highly relevant and cut through the noise to deliver personalised, timely, and crafted outreach.

Outside of work, Jay is a busy family man, a coffee aficionado, a keen runner, and an all-around technology enthusiast.

Henk-Jan van der Weide / CRO & SVP Sales

HJ is a 30-plus-year sales veteran, having held Senior Vice President and CRO roles for SAP hybris, Amplience, OneView Commerce, MobileBridge, Radial, and, most recently, FactFinder.

HJ sits on our advisory board and is the voice of our prospects and target buyer. Like us, HJ has worked with insourced and outsourced business development models and shares the same ethos and approaches we do. HJ brings a highly successful career in sales to our board and ensures we’re top of our game in everything we do for our clients. HJ runs his own consultancy, which helps businesses build highly efficient and performant sales and marketing engines.

Outside of work, you’ll typically find HJ on a mountain bike, exploring his culinary side as an aspiring chef or following his passion for commerce as he envisions a new world without the traditional eCommerce stores.

Edwin Stonestreet / Middle East Advisor

Ed is a seasoned sales leader from the digital/eCommerce ecosystem having held senior roles at LivePerson, Demandware (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and Elastic Path.

Ed has spent a large proportion of his career in the Middle East, where he led sales for Salesforce, was MD of Feature Mind in Dubai, a leading digital transformation consultancy, and most recently ran sales and alliances for Rewaa in Saudi Arabia.

This region represents an exciting growth market for many of our clients, Ed brings many years of in-territory experience to support our clients with their international expansion plans in an exciting but challenging market.
